Theatre & Events Adjunct

Shirley Barrett 526-9196 Acting President
Pamela Miller  526-7905 Booking Officer

The purpose of our Adjunct is to give members the opportunity of enjoying a wide range of entertainment in the form of Theatre. Plays, Music and Events both local and in the city and sometimes within the Cossie Club itself. Members attend as a group, with transport arranged which provides a safe, convenient and entertaining way to see and hear the best that Wellington Show business can offer.
Bulk buying by our Booking Officer often means cheaper seats, or in some instances better or preferential seating, still at a lower price. Offers of seats at different theatres or events are made to members on a continuing basis and members can accept or reject these at will, but once a member requests that tickets be purchased on his behalf no refunds can be expected.

The range of entertainment already seen and heard by our members covers the spectrum of what is best in Show business, everything from comedians to ballet from orchestral music to rock, to plays performed by local actors or picnicking at Government House. Your choice!

A side benefit that comes from joining our Adjunct is the friendships that are made and the meeting of new people with similar outlook to your own and the enjoyment of attending outings with others.
